Responsibilities
• Maintaning all civil, building and plumbing installation,
mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
• Coordinating between Civil/ Building works and Mechanical/
Electrical works
• Supervising and engaging in repair works and the works of
contractors
• Scheduling preventative maintenance works
• Initiate orders for spare parts and the engagement of
contractors
• Facilitating in implementing of Quality Assurance procedures
ISO9002 and HSE procedures
• Train hospital staff in the safe operation on electrical,
mechanical and civil
• Indentify technical problems and react promptly
• Maintain and update all civil, mechanical and electrical
drawings specifications and manuals
• Ensuring relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied
with

Responsibilities
• Maintaining the hospital electrical supply and reticulation
system, installations and equipment on a continuous shift basis
• Monitoring the hospital in-coming electrical supply and operate
the electricval standby generator system
• Perform repair and maintenance works and schedule preventive
maintenance tasks
• Assist in training hospital staff on aspects of electrical
safety including operating of electrical facilities and equipment accessible to
them
• Adhered to Health, Safety and Environment procedures while
performing responsibilities
• Facilitating in implementation of Quality Assurance to ISO9001
• Ensuring all relevant laws, statues and regulations relating to
electrical system and installation are complied with.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshop facility
• Ensuring maintenance tools and equipment are calibrated in
place after use
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management for time to time or as and when necessary for the effective
realization of the job-purpose

Responsibilities
• Daily ward/ department stocks count of items to determine
requirement as per par level and prepare linen requisition form
• Tag and collect soiled linen bag from wards/ departments and
store in dedicate area
• Weigh clean and soiled linen as directed
• Assist in linen room to pack clean linen on to dedicated
trolley for delivery
• Clean and disinfect all trolley weekly or as directed
• Maintain high standard of personnel hygiene
• Observe and oblige safety regulations at all time
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by
the superior from time to time as when necessary for the effective realizations
of the job purpose
