Requirements
• Degree in Civil Engineering with 3.00 pointer and registered
with Engineering Accreditation Council
• Malaysia (EAC).
• 2 years experience in related field
• Good organizing and communication skills, computer literate.
Responsibilities
• Maintaining all civil, buildings and plumbing installation
• Operating civil / building services plant and installation
• Coordinating between civil / building services and other works
/ services in Facility Engineering Maintenance
• Coordinating and supervising repair works and work of
contractors
• Scheduling preventive maintenance works
• Initiating engagement of civil / building repairing/service
contractors
• Facilitating in the implementation of Health, Safety and
Environment procedures
• Resolving technical problem promptly
• Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of
civil / building services.
• Maintain and update asset register of all buildings spaces and
services
• Maintain and update all architectural and civil drawings and
specifications for the building site
• Ensuring that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are
complied with.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective
realization of the job-purpose.

Requirements
• Diploma in Engineering
• 2 years working experience in related field especially in
hospital maintenance
• Well organize and strong leadership, communication and
interpersonal skills and computer literate. High analytical thinking and
problem solving
Responsibilities
• Maintaining all civil, building and plumbing installation,
mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.
• Coordinating between Civil/Building works and
Mechanical/Electrical Works
• Supervising and engaging in repair works and the work of
contractors
• Scheduling preventive maintenance works
• Initiate orders for spare parts and the engagement of
contractors
• Facilitating in implementing of Quality Assurance procedures
ISO9002 and HSE procedures
• Train hospital staff in the safe operation on electrical,
mechanical and civil
• Identify technical problem and react promptly
• Maintain and update all civil, mechanical and electrical
drawings, specifications and manuals
• Ensuring relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied
with
