•      To maintain a strong relationship with the media, both local and international.

•      To concentrate on writing news releases on food & beverage promotions for culinary magazines. Organizing public relations activities and promotions for the hotel guests and management.

Requirements :
•      Candidate must possess at least higher secondary STPM / Pre-University or Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•      Candidate must possess at least higher secondary STPM / Pre-University or Professional Certificate, Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
•      Part qualification from professional bodies (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) may also considered.
•      At least 2 years of related working experience in hospitality, travel or tourism industry will be an added advantage. Applicants must be able to work under tight schedules and deadlines.
•      Familiar with computerized accounting system and sound knowledge in accounting.
•      Mature thinking and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

•      Job Description
•      Assist the Finance Manager in preparation of Management Accounts, Cash Flows, Budgets and Forecasts, Statutory Reporting to relevant authorities.
•      Liaison with bankers, auditors, tax agents, lawyers and statutory authorities.
•      Assist in the preparation of audits, tax schedule and monthly financing reporting.
•      Fixed assets tagging, recording and monitoring to ensure all assets are properly recorded.
•      To assist in reviewing the adequacy and integrity of internal control systems as well recommend improvements.
•      Revenue transactions and data entry (general market and all optional sales which including of branches).
•      Assist in preparation of revenue analysis by segment (by agents, by products, by location and etc)
•      Corporate with AR and AP and other division on the assignment and the nature of the transactions.
•      In depth knowledge of account payable and receivable is preferred.
