Requirements :
• Minimum SPM with certificate of Mechanical Engineering from
Polytechnic Or equivalent
• 2 year experience in facilities management and hospital
environment
• Good organization and communication skills, knowledge in
welding or obtained certificate in
welding
Responsibilities :
• Perform welding works on mechanical equipment and system.
• Perform repair and maintenance works.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop room and facilities
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment is calibrated.
• Ensure tools and equipment are tidy and in order after use.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment procedure while
performing responsibilities.
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by
the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective
realizations of the job purpose.

Requirements :
• SPM with Certificate in Chargeman BO
• Registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
• 2 years working experience in related field
• Good organizing, problem solving and communication skills.
Knowledge in Safety, Health and Environment is essential.
Responsibilities :
• Monitoring the hospital in-coming electrical supply and operate
the electrical standby generator system.
• Perform repair and maintenance works and schedule preventive
maintenance tasks.
• Assist in training hospital staff on aspects of electrical
safety including operating of electrical facilities and equipment accessible to
them.
• Adhered to Health, Safety and Environment procedures while
performing responsibilities.
• Facilitating in implementation of Quality Assurance to ISO9002
• Ensuring all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating
to electrical system and installation are complied with.
• Assist in updating computer management and information system.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshop facility
• Ensuring maintenance tools and equipment are calibrated in
place after use.
• Provide technical support and guidance for electrical service
on a regional basis.
• Periodically visit and inspect electrical services for all
sites in the region and provide technical reports.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management from time to time or
as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job- purpose.
