Requirements :

•      Qualification : Penilaian Menengah Rendah

•      Good communication skill, able to follow instructions and have knowledge in hospital support services

Responsibilities :

•      Daily ward/department stocks count of items to determine requirement as per par level and prepare linen requisition form.

•      Tag and collect soiled linen bag from wards / departments and store in dedicate area.

•      Deliver clean linen to wards / departments and store in dedicate area.

•      Weigh cleans and soiled linen as directed.

•      Assist in linen room to pack clean linen on to dedicated trolley for delivery.

•      Clean and disinfect all trolley weekly or as directed.

•      Maintain high standard of personnel hygiene.

•      Observe and oblige safety regulations at all time.

•      Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.
