Requirements :

•      Diploma in Engineering

•      2 years working experience in related field especially in hospital maintenance

•      Well organize and strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills and computer literate. High analytical thinking and problem solving

Responsibilities :

•      Maintaining all civil, building and plumbing installation, mechanical and electrical plant and equipment.

•      Coordinating between Civil/Building works and Mechanical/Electrical Works

•      Supervising and engaging in repair works and the work of contractors

•      Scheduling preventive maintenance works

•      Initiate orders for spare parts and the engagement of contractors

•      Facilitating in implementing of Quality Assurance procedures ISO9002 and HSE procedures

•      Train hospital staff in the safe operation on electrical, mechanical and civil

•      Identify technical problem and react promptly

•      Maintain and update all civil, mechanical and electrical drawings, specifications and manuals

•      Ensuring relevant laws, statues and regulations are complied with
