Kelayakan : Certificate of Welding
Requirements :
• Minimum SPM with certificate of welding in intermediate level
• 2 year experience in facilities management and hospital
environment
• Good organization and communication skills, knowledge in
welding or obtained certificate in
welding
Responsibilities :
• Perform welding works on mechanical equipment and system.
• Perform repair and maintenance works.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness of workshop room and facilities
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment is calibrated.
• Ensure tools and equipment are tidy and in order after use.
• Adhere to Health, Safety and Environment procedure while
performing responsibilities.
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by
the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective
realizations of the job purpose.

Requirements :
• Minimum SPM with certificate of Electrical Engineering
• 1 year experience in related field, especially facilities
management
• Good organization and communication skills, computer literate
and knowledge in facilities management system and approaches
Responsibilities :
• Maintain and coordinate all electrical plant and equipment.
• Supervise the work of contractor when required.
• Supervise and engage in repair work.
• Plan and carry out preventive maintenance work.
• Initiates orders for spare part as required.
• Facilitate in Health, Safety and Environment procedures and
implementation of Quality Assurance to ISO 9002.
• Assisting in training for hospital staff in electrical safety
& safe operations of electrical facilities.
• Train tradesman in the operation and maintenance equipment.
• Maintain and update the asset register of electrical plant and
equipment as well updating all electrical drawing, specification and manual.
• Ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to
electrical system and installation are complied with policies and procedures.
• Undertake other duties and responsibility as may be assigned by
the superior from time to time or as when necessary for the effective
realizations of the job purpose.
