1.      Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
•      Achieve assigned sales target for dedicated/various retail products and services
•      To identify alternatives and to market dedicated/various retail products and services to meet customer need and requirement/personal capacity
•      Establish and maintain good relationship with customers by building rapport, provide credible assistance and offering the latest and best features of product and services available in the Bank
•      Identify, solicit and maintain new customer and referral base
•      Comply strictly to the Bank’s policies, including all compliances procedures and guidelines
•      Submit quality and non-fraudulent loans by performing initial credit screening

Job Requirement
•      Degree/diploma or professional qualifications in any fields preferably in Islamic Banking/Business Administration/Finance/Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
•      Excellent communication skills
•      Focused and goal oriented to achieve sales objectives
•      High product knowledge
•      Excellent problem solving skills
•      Good people management skills
•      Ability to work independently and as a team
•      Good administrative skills
•      Good customer care skills

Additional Requirement
#     Any bachelor degree with CGPA 2.50 for fresh graduate; or
#     Experience in sales more than (2 years); or
#     Any Diploma holder with CGPA 2.5  and possess  2 years of experience in sales

2.      Call Centre Executive

Responsibilities:
•      Handle inbound calls
•      Act as the direct liaison between Bank Rakyat  and customers
•      Liaise with customers in a friendly and pleasant manner
•      Provides superior customer service assistance through handling general inquiries & complaints
•      Perform cross-selling and assist customers with all Bank Rakyats’ products
•      Prepare reports on daily activities and perform administrative duties

Job Requirement
•      Degree holder with relevant working experience
•      Possess strong customers service skills with ability to convince & negotiate with customers effectively
•      Good problem solving skills
•      Excellent communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia combined with good interpersonal skills
•      Pleasant personality and enjoy assisting and interacting with customer
•      Presentable & approachable with positive attitude
•      A good team player
•      Ability to work on weekends, public holidays and on shift basis
•      Ability to multi-task
•      Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
