Qualification Requirement
• Candidate must be possess Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years extensive experience in contruction
• Dynamic, aggressive, multi tasking, independent, can work under pressure, administrative, able to relocate abd go outstation, willing to travel, good communication skill.
• Fluent speaking and written in Bahasa Malaysia & english
• Must be computer literate and able to used Microsoft Office and other related sofware
• Prepare cost analysis based on architectural drawing, enginnering estimates, material required and labor involved
• Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for contruction projects, which involves liaising with architects, enginneers and subcontractors
• Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities
• Eveluate tenders from contractors and subcontractors and, where appropriate, negotiate with the contractors
• Control all stages of projects within predetermined budget and expenditure
• Monitor and keep track of project progress and are responsible for the measurement and valuation of variations in the work during the contract, for agreement of enterim payments and the final account
• Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered
• Undertaking complex and repetitive calculations
• Liasing with clients and variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
• Managing budgets and project resources
• Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• Assessing the sustainability and envirimental impact of projects
• Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
• Analyzed outcomes and writing detailed progress reports
• Competent knowledge to ensure drawings supplied to the client are not misleading & comply with the estimate
• Ensuring timely completion of all allocated projects
• Clear communication about any varitions or amendments to the architects plans
• Complying with project status updates- adjusting activities as needed to meet project timelines
• Ensuring Conformance- to customer specifications, company standards as well as other regulation requirements
• Explain drawings to production teams and provide adjusments as necessary
* Waktu bekerja 8.30 pagi- 5.30 ptg (Sabtu- Khamis)
