•      Solid understanding and familiarity of technical aspects of plumbing, electrical systems etc, resort industry experience is a plus

•      Working knowledge of facilities machines and equipment

•      Able to keep track of and report on activity

•      Excellent communication, outstanding organisational and leadership skills

•      Able to work effectively in a team environment

•      Able to solve problem quickly

•      Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
