•      Authorized Mercedez Benz dealer looking for a Service Executive to be based in Kota Bharu, Kelantan

•      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in the areas of car maintenance, technical, car repairing and/ or equivalent.

•      At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Description :

•      To manage the AFTER SALES Department, supervise and plan of the workshop operations

•      Responsible to ensure the service team in providing guidance, problem solving skills and coordinating on all related technical issues

•      To liase with the relevant departments and coordinate necessary solutions and rectification on customers's complains and technical issues.

•      To lead and work closely with internal Technical team to troubleshoot and resolve technical related issues and problems.

•      To hands-0n diagnosing and solving technical problems of field with minimum supervision

•      To perform any other assigned tasks given by the Management
