Keterangan :

•      Candidate must posses at least Degree in Accounting Management Control, Business

•      Administration and commerce, Business & Finance or equivalent.

•      At least 2-3 years of working experience in the is required for this position.

•      Required languages : English, Bahasa Malaysia

•      Able to work under pressure & extra hours if needed

•      Able to work independently as well as in a team

•      Good interpersonal skills with strong ability in planning & reporting skill.

•      Non-smoker and good health status

•      Posseses own transport & willing to travel if required.

Job Decription :

•      Monitor the procurement clerk in praparing /issuing PO/any change of notice

•      Prepare and issue purchase orders and change of notice

•      Assist Procurement Senior Executive in preparing instruction regarding puchasing and inventory systems and procedures

•      Assist Procurement Senior Executive to source all required material according to the specification with cost effective plan

•      Assist Procurement Senior Executive to review purchase order claims and contract for conformance policy

•      Assist Procurement Senior Executive to monitor the overall order and buffer stock for production related items at Raw Material

•      Assist Procurement Senior Executive in any complaints and claims of goods / service ordered
