Keterangan :

•      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Property Development/ Real Estate Management, Telecommunication or equivalent.

•      At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

•      Preparing forecast / plan, org chart, set work flow & timeline and format proposal, application letter, reports & tracker for Property Department.

•      Managing, monitoring, controlling, co-ordinating with Property Department for the work progress in the site acquisition and permitting process to meet the dateline and achieve KPI.

•      To support and encourage subordinates development and improvement.

•      Conduct short, regular meetings to discuss status update, successes and challenges.

•      Communicate company’s performance standards and expectations to subordinates to help them differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable behaviors and results and reduce any misunderstandings.

•      Ensure each subordinates has a well-defined job description and understands the skills and competencies they must develop in order to progress.

•      Ensure development is having an impact on performance.

•      To build relationship with clients (telcos) and authorities;

•      Reporting to telcos for our site progress.
