Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years relevant working experience in repair & maintenance for Rides & Attractions;
• Professional Certificate in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering, SPM or SPMV with minimum 4 years relevant working experience in repair & maintenance for Rides & Attractions;
• Possess good leadership qualities and the ability to supervise others;
• Able to communicate & write English and Bahasa Malaysia;
• Computer literate

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for implementation, coordination, monitoring and execution of rides installation, repair & maintenance and facilities maintenance in Theme Park;
• Ensuring full compliance to all Engineering Safety Standards and Environmental, Safety & Health regulations.

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Basic command in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Job Descriptions:

The Rides and Attraction Crew is responsible for operating a ride safely and efficiently while ensuring the delivery of friendly service excellence.

• Operate the attraction according to the trained Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).
• Manage queue lines.
• Ensure compliance with ride restrictions.
• Load and unload rides.
• Ensure personal, Guest and Crew safety at all times.
• Report any machinery failure and maintenance required to the supervisor.
• Assist with emergency and evacuation procedures.
• Provide memorable moments for Guests whenever possible.
• Share with our Guests a friendly and sincere smile.
• Suggest and recommend to Guests.
• Be proactive in honestly communicating to Guests and Management.
• Take full ownership of the empowerment to resolve Guest challenges as soon as possible.
• Liaise with other departments such as cleaning, maintenance and guest services on a needs basis.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the attraction environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned
