ASIS TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Location: Kelantan State Office

Responsibilities:

·         Maintain and provide support services to application software.

·         Maintain and provide support services to MOH user hardware (Microsoft Surface and printer).

·         Maintain and provide support services to operating systems, hardware and network infrastructure.

·         Manage, maintain and monitor sub-contractors in installation, configuration and commissioning of computer hardware and network infrastructure.

·         Participate in trouble shooting of hardware and network related problems.

·         Involve in system study of user requirement.

·         Provide first and/or second level technical support on company-wide server problems to regional office and branches.

·         Perform problem determination on company-wide errors or multifunction and work closely with vendor to identify, diagnose and apply fixes to the problem.

·         Monitor system access, activities, performances, security and utilization.

·         Performance and capacity planning.

·         Continuously keep abreast of technological advancements so as to introduce improved tools and methodologies

·         Manage operating system performance, availability, tuning, capacity and security.

·         Administer operating system access and security controls. Manage protection of corporate information against unauthorized use.

·         Perform regular backups, maintain and test system disaster recovery procedures.

·         Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.

·         Conducts training sessions covering specified areas such as on-the-job training, refresher training related with IT.

Requirements:

·         Degree/Diploma in Information Technology 

·         3 years’ experience in related field

·         Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu

·         Understand user’s requirements with good knowledge in latest technologies and troubleshooting skill.
