Jobs Responsibilities:
• Oversee the accounts receivable and income audit function.
• Prepare full set of financial statements and monthly management reports.
• Responsible for the reconciliations and ensure unreconciled items are cleared on timely basis.

• Attend to all employees' benefits issues e.g. leaves application, medical slips etc.

• To monitor and identify daily products quality problems / carrying out inspection and quality system activities and suggestions for improvement plans for corrective measures
• Plan and conduct the weekly & monthly system audit to measure, monitor and ensure the system compliances.
• He/Sheshall further to resolve/escalate that all open issues to QMR.
• He/she shall compile the audit report and escalate all open issues to management.
• Timely submission of all documents to head quarter office.
• Revise and review the audit checklist whenever is required to maintain its Effectiveness to capture system deficiency

- Diploma in Quantity Survey / Control / Assurance or equivalent.
