Keterangan :
Guest Management: Front - desk operations
• Keep counters welcome guests and answer questions from customers
• Provide front line customer service including screening and handling of all incoming calls
• Receive visitors at reception area and direct them to the right personnel and / or meeting room
• Maintain guest sign in log and security procedures
• Responsible for the general upkeep of the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area, meeting rooms and other common areas, serving of refreshments to guests when required
Administrative:
• Record all information of visitors
• Handle in-coming faxes / email & websites enquiries
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings by staff
• Assist in purchasing of office and pantry supplies
• Provide general admin support to admin department
• Assist in filing document
• Other ad-hoc duties
The ideal candidate :
• Female, age 21-30 years
• Pleasant personality and good communication and interpersonal skills or pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills
• Possess a positive work attitude with hands-on office management experience
• Dependable and punctual, able to work flexible hours
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Maybe required to support weekend events with appropriate time compensation
• Strong communication skills and can speak and write in malay and inggeris well
