Responsibilities:
• Maintaining all mechanical and fire plant and equipment
• Supervising the operations of mechanical plant and equipment
• Coordinating between mechanical and other works / services in
the Facility Engineering Maintenance and scheduling preventive maintenance
works
• Supervising repair works and the work of contractors
• Initiate the engagement of mechanical contractors
• Facilitating in the implementation of Quality Assurance
procedures ISO9001:2008 and the implementation of Health, Safety and
Environment procedures
• Train hospital staff in the safe operation on mechanical
equipment and facilities accessible to them as well as in fire safety
• Train staffs in the
maintenance and operation of equipment
• Identify technical problem and react promptly
• Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of
mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain and update all mechanical drawings, specifications and
manuals
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective
realization of the job-purpose.
Requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and registered with Board
Of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) with CGPA
3.00
• 2 years experience in related field especially in building
maintenance or facilities management
• Well organize and strong communication and interpersonal skills
and computer literate. High analytical thinking and well versed in mechanical
maintenance procedures.

Keterangan :
• Location: Kuala Krai
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and operating all electrical plant and equipment
• Coordinating between Civil / Building works and Mechanical /
Electrical works.
• Supervising and engaging in repair works and the work of
contractors
• Scheduling preventive maintenance works
• Initiate orders for spare parts and the engagement of
contractors
• Facilitating in the implementing of Quality Assurance
procedures ISO9002
• Provide training programs on electrical safety to hospital
staff in the safe operation of electrical equipment and facilities accessible
to them.
• Train tradesman / operators in the maintenance and operation of
equipment
• Facilitating in the implementation of Health, Safety and
Environment procedures
• Provide technical and budgetary planning control for electrical
services and systems.
• Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of
electrical/mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain and update the asset register of Electrical/Mechanical
plant and equipment and update all mechanical drawings, specifications and
manuals
• Identify technical problem and react promptly
• Ensuring that all relevant laws, statues and regulations are
complied with
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective
realization of the job-purpose.
Requirements :
• Degree in Electrical Engineering 3.00 pointer above and registered with Board of Engineer
(BEM)/Institutions of Engineers Malaysia (IEM)
• 2 years experience in related field
• Good organizing and communication skills, computer literate.
Jawatan : Fitter I

Responsibilities:
• Identify, attend, repair and perform maintenance works
• Perform preventive maintenance task.
• Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshop facilities
• Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are kept tidy and put in
place after use
• Adhered to Health, Safety and Environment procedures while
performing responsibilities.
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned
by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective
realization of the job-purpose
Requirements :
• Minimum SKM Level 1 or MLVK certification (Mechanical)
• 1 year working experience
• Good organizing and communication skills. Skillful workers
mechanical and maintenance will be advantageous
