Requirements :
•      Proven work experience as a system analyst
•      Hands on experience with software development and documentation
•      Solid knowledge of business information systems
•      Working knowledge of ERP/MRP business software applications
•      Familiarity with programming languages like Visual Basic, ASP, PHP
•      Ability to explain technical details
•      Excellent analytical skills
•      A good problem-solving attitude
•      A degree in IT/Computer Science or relevant field

Job Description :
•      Examine and evaluate current systems
•      Identify system requirements
•      Liaise with users to track additional requirements and features
•      Document interfaces between new and legacy systems
•      Collaborate with IT team and developers to produce new systems
•      Validate changes by testing programs
•      Train users on the new operation systems and provide support
•      Ensure deadline and budget requirements are met
•      Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments

Skills and Qualification
•      Visual Basic.Net, ASP.Net, PHP, SQL Database, Oracle Database, System Administration, Quality Focus, Operating Systems, Independence, Software Debugging, Software Documentation, Software Testing, Software Maintenance, Software Performance Tuning

Job Duties :
•      Prepares system software installation by studying software capabilities and operations, including task scheduling, memory management, file system, and input and output requirements.
•      Installs system software by loading software into computer.
•      Detects work stoppage or errors by conducting tests; monitoring output.
•      Corrects work stoppages or errors by entering code changes.
•      Optimizes system efficiency by analyzing performance indicators; changing software.
•      Maintains historical records by documenting system software changes and revisions.
•      Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions.
•      Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
•      Controls access to system by monitoring program usage.
•      Ensures operation of equipment by following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
•      Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
•      Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.


Jawatan :         IT Officer (Multimedia)

Requirements :
•      Experience in designing multimedia presentation, able to prepare interactive, attractive of  slide presentation
•      Familiar with product catalogues & brochure design
•      Experience in photo and video shoot is an advantage
•      Familiar with multimedia editing software such as ADOBE Photoshop, ADOBE Illustrator, ADOBE Premier, or other multimedia post production software application
•      Familiar with multimedia equipment handling such as Video Recorder , DSLR Camera & other AV equipment
•      To acquire multimedia content suits to user requirement
•      To manage in-house informative media
•      Demo of previous original multimedia (product brochure / video presentation ) project during interview is required.

Job Description :
•      Responsible to develop and maintaning multimedia projects / company website / company internet portal.
•      Responsible to design and maintain brochure design.
•      Responsible as an official photographer for any event of company
•      To support routine backup and service procedure.
•      Undertakes other relevant tasks as directed by the immediate superior.
