• Acting as an advisor on all pases of personnel, training and employer-employee relatives
• Maintains the work structure by updating jon requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Establishes and reviews all company'practices and policies concerimgpersonnel & training functions
• Liaise with executive and employees at all levels and ensure that staff relations are establised and maintained
• To maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• To take disciplinary actions against errant employees found breaching company rules and regulations
• Handle welfare/benefit administration and maintain up-to-date
