•      Processing of new sales lead on several platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Google and Whatsapp

•      Handling daily online orders from customers while always maintaining excellent customer service

•      Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales report

•      Updates and maintains database

•      Assist in customer retention strategies provided by sales and marketing department

•      Must willing to work at Nissa Hijab Kuala Krai, Kelantan
