• Responsible in dealing with operation and job relate to admin
Scope Of Responsibilities:
• To assist Regional Executive Planning & Control
• Follow up and monitor from the Operation team for the purpose
of updating Service Request Log Book to be submit in daily basis for 3 services
provided (FEMS, CLS & CWMS)
• To ensure all Delivery Note will be compile and report in daily
basis by Operation team
• Key in data in Excel and Casis System
• To ensure all the PPM schedule will be print in monthly basis
• To undertake any ad-hoc task/project pertaining Administrative
duties as and when required by superior
• Perform other duties that maybe requires from time to time
