Job Description

•      Provide full legal secretarial and administrative support to the legal team.

•      Administer and maintain the database of legal documents

•      Liaise with other departments and external parties where necessary

•      Other related tasks assigned from time to time

       

Requirement

•      A minimum of 2 years of legal administrative experience.

•      IP experience will be highly advantageous.

•      Highly ethical, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality.

•      Meticulous, organized and committed.

•      Proactive team player with effective interpersonal skills.

•      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirement

•      Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/ Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.

•      Exhibit strong desire and passion in doing software development particularly in coding and programming for web-based business process applications

•      Analysis, design and software development for the banking and financial system.

•      Working as a part of project development team.

•      Assisting on software functionality and technical testing.

•      Onsite technical support for our customers.

•      Display superb coding and programming skills with one to five years of relevant working experience;

•      Evince excellent business/system and/or quantitative analysis modeling skill is a definite added advantage;

•      Equipped with an abundance of contemporary technological tooling skills including programming languages (MVC, C#.Net or Javascript or node.js, etc.), frameworks, 3rd part add-ons, databases (MS SQL, MySQL, etc.). Operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.), plus specific domains knowledge; (Note: Please list down all this information in your CV.)
