•      Mampu menguruskan dokumen berkaitan syarikat dan sistem penfailan yang betul

Kelayakan :       At least Diploma (Electrical/Mechanical) Or equivalent (At least 1 year) of working experience
Gaji :               RM1500
Keterangan :
•      Coordinate installationmaintenance and repair work in building or large complex
•      Coordinate the workers who maintain and repair electrical, plumbing ventilation and other building system
•      Implementing maintenance procedures and maintaining personnel records
•      Manage sub-contractors by monitoring and controlling performance
•      Maintain safe, secure and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations
•      Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different request; exploring with legal regulations
•      Follow maintenance schedule and request appointed sub-con to do a maintenance work
•      On site verification work,prepare and submit report to HQ
