JOB REQUIREMENT

# Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in                 Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.

# At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

# Preferably entry level specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.

# Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

# Computer literate and proficient in using Microsoft Excel and Words.

# Self motivated, independent, multi tasking and fast leaner

# Willing to attend site visit when required.

# Able to works systematically and meet deadline and willing to works under pressure         and extra hours during tender or when necessary.

# Full Time positions available.

JOB DESCRIPTION

# Good in measurement & taking-off is must.

# To implement all aspects of QS services Pre And Post Contract, contract management,     monitoring material and construction cost, site valuation, variation order, progress           claim and final account.

# To prepare tender costing, analysis, documentation, procurement support and etc              related.

# Liaison with consultans, clients, sub-contractor, suppliers and authorities.

# Maintain confidential of documents and retrieval system.

# Performs any others administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when.
