Requirements:
• Minimum a Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Management/HRM
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in the related field
preferably in the port industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Candidate must be familiar in HR issues and approaches.
• Candidate must have experience in maintenance of office assets
and record.
• Candidate must also be familiar with ISO audit.
Responsibilities:
• To assist the manager in the full spectrum of human resource
management
• Ensure company’s human resources are used efficiently and
effectively
• Assist in developing, implementing and maintaining of company
policies, rules and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment
laws, statutes and regulations
• Provide support for manpower planning, recruitment and
selection process
• Assist in the identification and analyses of staff training,
development and career support needs
• Conduct new hire survey and exit interview to improve existing
welfare
• Performance appraisal or evaluation of employee
• Oversee employees’ disciplines and their compliance with
company rules and policies
• Responsible for handling
and monitoring company’s quality assurance
