Keterangan :
• Location: Kelantan State
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining all mechanical and fire plant and equipment
• Supervising the operations of mechanical plant and equipment
• Coordinating between mechanical and other works / services in the Facility Engineering Maintenance and scheduling preventive maintenance works
• Supervising repair works and the work of contractors
• Initiate the engagement of mechanical contractors
• Facilitating in the implementation of Quality Assurance procedures ISO9001:2008 and the implementation of Health, Safety and Environment procedures
• Train hospital staff in the safe operation on mechanical equipment and facilities accessible to them as well as in fire safety
• Train staffs in the maintenance and operation of equipment
• Identify technical problem and react promptly
• Plan and manage the replacement, improvement and alteration of mechanical plant and equipment.
• Maintain and update all mechanical drawings, specifications and manuals
• Undertake other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management from time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of the job-purpose.
Requirements :
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and registered with Board Of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) with CGPA 3.00
• 2 years experience in related field especially in building maintenance or facilities management
• Well organize and strong communication and interpersonal skills and computer literate. High analytical thinking and well versed in mechanical maintenance procedures.
